Join Maryem, a certified RYT-500 Yoga instructor, Reiki master, and certified mindfulness teacher. Her yoga classes are anatomy-informed and her instructions are geared towards injury prevention. By bringing everything back to the breath, she helps the practitioner learn yoga in a way that is relatable and easy to practice.

The 6-week beginner package is $120, drop-in classes are $25 each.

Timing: Sundays at 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM

Come in and be settled on your mat at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Bring your own mat, block, towel, and water bottle.
