Ashlan Clinic is pleased to present its inaugural summer mental performance training camp for coaches, parents, and athletes! Join two of Bermuda’s own on June 10th 2023 for masterclasses in coaching, parenting, or performing for peak success. Coaching workshop will include topics such as athlete resilience, communicating with teams, and improving team cohesion. Parent workshops will include topics such as athlete burnout and the psychology of young athletes. Athlete workshops will include topics such as confidence, elite performance, and motivation. Martin Wolffe and Hannah King bring not only their professional sport psychology expertise to Bermuda but also their own experiences as past Bermudian athletes with a unique understanding of the culture and values of the island.
